    I was skeptical on trying these at first. I have tried a lot of different brands and either were too strong or didn't have any effect at all for me. These are the perfect balance. I usually take a half if I just want to take the edge off a bit and a whole one if I want full on relaxation mode ( can make you a bit sleepy w/whole one) But I am able to still function normally with these just without added stress or racing thoughts.
