Refund policy


We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying Snoozy.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Products may be opened and sampled during this period to evaluate whether they are a good fit for you. In some cases, we may ask that you return the product, including any unused portion, before a refund is issued.

 

The product does not need to be unopened to qualify for a refund. However, customers must be willing to return the product if requested by our support team.


Our goal is to make trying Snoozy as risk free as possible while also preventing abuse of the policy. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis, and our support team will provide instructions if a return is required.

To start a refund request, please contact us at support@getsnoozy.com and include your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage fees. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
