Subscription Cancel Policy

We or you may terminate or cancel your subscription to the Services at any time and such termination or cancellation shall be effective upon the end of your then-current subscription term.

You understand and agree that the cancellation or termination of your subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us including, without limitation, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (i) any terms of the Agreement or our enforcement or application of the Agreement; (ii) any of our practices or policies, including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy, or our enforcement or application of these policies; (iii) the content available through the Services; (iv) your ability to access and/or use any the Services components; or (v) the amount or types of our fees or charges, surcharges, applicable taxes, or billing methods, or any change to our fees or charges, applicable taxes, or billing methods.

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription to the Services, we may immediately deactivate your user account and/or delete all related information and/or files in your user account and/or bar any further access to such information and/or files, except as we may otherwise provide from time to time.

We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 48 hours after we receive your request. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the relevant billing period begins, you agree that you will be liable for the then current subscription fee for such billing period and are not entitled to a refund of that final subscription fee.

We reserve the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.

Snoozy Subscription Policy

How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a Snoozy product, your order will automatically renews every 4 weeks  until you cancel. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle at the price in effect at the time of renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

Price Changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 15 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change goes into effect. If you do not cancel before the new pricing takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated price. If you cancel within 14 days after a price increase is applied, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the remainder of that billing cycle.

How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account portal. Changes made through the portal take effect immediately.

You may also cancel by emailing support@getsnoozy.com. Cancellation requests submitted by email are processed within two business days of receipt. If your email request is received less than two business days before your next scheduled billing date, your cancellation will take effect the following cycle.

Skip or Pause
You can skip your next shipment or pause your subscription at any time through your subscription account portal before your next billing date.

Shipment Cutoff
To avoid being charged and shipped for your next cycle, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been placed and payment processed, that order will be fulfilled and shipped.

Orders Already in Fulfillment
If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation, that shipment will be delivered as scheduled. Your cancellation will apply to all future cycles.

Refunds
Subscription orders that have been processed or shipped are not eligible for refund on the basis of cancellation. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at support@getsnoozy.com and we will make it right.

Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms of use. If we cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any future cycles.

Confirmation and Consent
When you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your subscription terms, billing frequency, price, and instructions for how to cancel. By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly consent to the automatic renewal terms described on this page.
