    Not helping me sleep

    I’ve been taking the microdose sleep with benefits for several weeks and they are not helping me sleep. I’m actually getting less sleep. I’m not falling asleep right away and then I’m waking up at 3:00 wide awake. I’m going back to Melatonin.

    They definitely work
