    Falling asleep quickly

    Taking 1/2 of the 2 mg THC microdose gummy has helped me fall asleep quickly! If I wake up in the middle of the night, I often take the other half. I am NOT one who responds well to THC, but this small dose is working for me.

    Sleep without being groggy in the morning

    I've tried so many sleep aids, over the counter and prescription, and always feel groggy in the morning.
